Returns Policy
If you would like to return any items to SpeedLease, then please call our Customer Services team for a Returns Authorisation. No returns will be processed without approval. Any equipment supplied via a SpeedLease Reseller Partner will be subject to the Returns Policy of that Reseller Partner.

Return Notes:
- All Items must be returned, in original condition and be sent back within 14 days of the date you received the item. Items should be unopened and with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
- Upon receipt of the returned items, SpeedLease will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
- In the event that you are sent a replacement item for something damaged in transit or defective, you must return the original item within 14 days to SpeedLease. If you do not return the defective item, then SpeedLease reserves the right to charge your account for the full value of the items unreturned.
